3D lighting effects for inside your case

Has anyone considered using one of the readily available 3D LED Illusion lights inside their custom case?  You would need a good place to mount it and it could restrict airflow if you're not careful where you place it, but the effect should be pretty cool.  These are not expensive and there are many designs.

Well, it couldn't last forever. I started the teardown. But picked up one of these 3d illusion lights for next build.

That light should make an interesting addition to a Halloween build.  I'm sad to see that Steampunk build melt away....
