Everything is inside and works like a real PC. You can play games like Fallout with it or hack it like a real terminal, but only with Windows as the operating system... xD

I am aware that there is no AMD CPU installed but when i built the terminal this was the hardware I still had with me, I hope participation will still be approved.

It took me a few minutes to realize the components are installed within that keyboard terminal.  That's pretty creative.  Is there a back cover for the terminal or is it intended to be open in the back?

Thank you for your submission @modLab . Don't worry about the CPU and GPU, we're looking for craftsmanship, creativity, and ultimately a great, steampunk rig! Welcome to the contest!

@BigAl01

There is no back cover because you should see all the specials and little eye-catchers inside.

@Sam_AMD

Thank you very much for the information, i am happy to be part of it!

@Sam_AMD should i perhaps add a little worklog here?

Hello, @modLab

Is not required, but you are welcome to add it if you like. If so, let me know if you need help

Hi @Sam_AMD Should i post the worklog here or is there another category for it?

Hi Community,

The first design was made in wood, but it quickly became clear that this was not going to work because the radiators could hardly draw air, so we went back to AutoCAD to rework it.

After a few hours in CAD, this design was completed and ready for laser cutting and further processing.

You are very skilled with modding computers and using Computer Aided Design (CAD) along with a laser cutter.  That's beyond my skill set (at least for now).

Keep showing us how you did this mod.  Others might get inspired by your expertise.  I'm glad you took photos along the way too.  Some people forget about that.

Hi guys, thank you very much!

I must also admit that not everything went according to plan here, for example, there were also prints that either had a layer shift or a power failure or even a blocked nozzle...

At some point everything ran through and I had a lot of plastic parts.

After everything was reworked again in CAD, the whole thing looked like this

I've been building and modding computers since the year 2000. My first computer was an Osborne Executive in 1983. That makes me old but I still build a machine (only AMD-based computers) once a year for fun.
