Prorender shelf is empty in Maya 2019

Hi guys,

I wnated to checkout prorender with maya 2019. Unfortunately my 'Prorender' shelf is empty.
Any solutions?

What version of ProRender do you have installed ? Also what OS do you currently have

Hi, I've installed ProRender v2.6.294. I use Windows 10. I noticed that problem occurs also for Windows 7.,

Hi,

Something could have happened in Maya Prefs.Try reseting Maya to the defualt settings.

Steps are:

1. Locate the Prefs folder in Documents - C:\Users\user\Documents\maya\2019.

2. To back up the existing preferences, rename the Prefs folder to OldPrefs.

3. Unistall the ProRender plug-in and reinstall it.
In most cases, this should fix this issue. Also try the beta build see if this happens on this as well. https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-2090
