Upgrade from Ryzen 5 3600 to 7 5700G - CPU stuck at .38 GHZ speeds
Hello! I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5700G this weekend. After doing so, the machine is running extremely slow and when monitoring the performance, CPU speeds never get past 0.38 GHz.
Config:
- B450 Tomahawk Max Motherboard
- Bios version - E7C02AMS.3HO (updated prior to install of CPU, no settings have been changed)
- GeForce GTX 1660 Super
- SSD 980 NVMe M.2 1TB
- Ryzen 5700G
- 4x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
- Windows 10 Home (reinstalled after upgrade of CPU to try to fix the issue, took 12 hours to install/run updates. Chose to keep files and apps)
I've tried resetting CMOS on the advice of another forum, no change.
Thank you in advance for any ideas!

In case someone comes across this, the solution to this issue ended up being replacing the motherboard.
