Unable to LED Control with 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler?

It's on rainbow mode, which tells me that the LED is working fine. Not sure if this is a Cooler Master program issue. I have Aura and Wraith Prism software installed for LED control, but when I open it the program is just stuck on the screen saying "Plug in CM Device."

Everyone else on the message boards that has this problem seems to have the 1st gen, and it's a simple usb plug issue. But mine just came with the one cord, which is plugged into the motherboard. And Asus Aura does not seem to control color customization on the Wraith Prism LED cooler fan.

The Wraith Prism seems to have two cables, One USB HEADER and One LED MOTHERBOARD cable as per this article Review: https://www.hardocp.com/article/2018/05/15/amd_wraith_prism_cpu_air_cooler_review/2

Make sure you have the USB HEADER connected to the correct USB Header for LED on your Motherboard.

Can you post the exact Make & Model of your Motherboard? Does it have LED Connections to it?

No problem. Didn't the Wraith come with instructions?

Anyway glad you got it working now. Enjoy your colorful CPU Cooler.

Im using Asus Aura to control Gskill RGB RAM(and the AMD Wraith Prism fan LED's)but to control the outer LED ring must I use CM RGB software and if so, has anyone reported any known conflicts between Cooler master RGB control and Asus Aura software?

And my AMD Ryzen 2700x didnt come with any instructions for RGB control at all.
