Unable to find OPN number on warranty site

Hello,

I'm trying to do a warranty claim for my Ryzen 5800x, but when I type "100-0..." It says there are no OPNs found. When I put it in AMD website's search bar, it finds my processor without a problem.

Try putting in the OPN number and Serial Number from the Ryzen Retail Box label.

Also did you put in both the entire OPN number and Serial Number or just the 100-0 OPN Number?

Fill in both boxes with the entire OPN and Serial Number posted on the CPU itself or the Retail Box label.

I'm having a similar problem, but w/a Radeon GPU. On the product's sticker, there is no 102-------- number. I do have 2 numbers on it, but neither match up w/the provided OPN in the warranty page.

All the Users here did purchase a Retail AMD Processor correct?

All Retail AMD processor arrives in a official sealed AMD Retail Box if your processor came in a different CPU Box than it isn't a Retail Processor but a OEM/TRAY processor.

If your PC is Pre-built then you need to open a Warrranty ticket with manufacturer of your Pre-Built PC since all of their AMD processors are OEM/TRAY type.

Did you input both the OPN number and CPU Serial Number?

Some CPUs are OEM/TRAY and not supported by AMD PIB 3 Year Warranty.  The Box and CPU might have the OPN for both OEM/TRAY and Retail CPUs thus the need to input the Serial Number.

From CPU World:

Open a AMD SUPPORT - WARRANTY ticket and input your CPU Serial Number and ask them why AMD Warranty is not accepting the OPN number from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
