The usb interface provided by the b650 chipset motherboard can not connect to iphone 14 plus and usb

I use gigabyte's b650m DS3H motherboard, iPhone 14 Plus and netgear's A6210 usb3.0 wireless network card can not normally connect the usb3 interface provided by the B650 chipset, but all the CPU directly connected interfaces are connected normally. I have also tried win 10 and 11 systems, and the latest chipset drivers on amd's official website are still the same. And I also sent the motherboard back to the gigabyte factory to test that they said it was normal, their 14 pro connection to these interfaces was normal, they all sent me another normal motherboard of the same model for testing, but the fault remained the same. But all interfaces of iPhone 6 (iOS 9) can be connected and used normally. And I found that although the usb interface provided by the chipset can not connect iPhone 14 plus and wireless network card, the files can be transferred normally by using U disk and removable hard disk. The previous generation had bug that USB 2.0 could not connect to, which could only be solved by disabling global c-state and setting PCIe speed to gen3. I also tried to disable global c-state in bios and set PCIe speed to gen3, but the problem could not be solved. The power supply of the computer has been replaced with the same malfunction. The red circle in the picture is the interface that cannot be connected. The manual picture also indicates which usb interfaces are based on cpu and which are based on chipsets. All chipset-based usb interfaces cannot be connected. I hope the amd driver or bios update will fix this error.主板说明书.jpg接口1.jpg接口2.jpg

Finally, someone posted this! I had the same issue. The usb ports go into AMD chipset don't work properly with my iPhone, but other ports are perfectly OK. I can see the iPhone showing up in Deivce Manager of Windows 11, when I plugged in those ports, but it doesn't show up in windows explorer.

I have Gigabyte B650M AORUS ELITE AX motherboard. Those ports also work fine with my android phone and other storage device.

Probably we should also contact giagabyte
