I found that my CPU hits thermal limit after sleep, every time. It's very odd and I'm not sure what's wrong.
While experimenting with a software on my windows I reinstalled it from the ground 3 times and it happens every time after sleep.
I'm using Arctic Freezer II 360 and it works fine, no overheating after the system boots from the "off" state. All coolers maxed out after sleep about 1min while the heat goes s gradually from 60-65 to 90.
I get 1063pts in Cinebench so the cooling system are good.
I recorded a HWiNFO log for this, but everything looks normal except temperature.
CPU not overclocked or undervolted, pure stock.
