So I was a huge Fan of Intel but decided to switch to AMD cause it seemed to be better in terms of price and power. So I got a Ryzen 9 7900X3D with a fittig MSI Mainboard (MSI X670E Gaming Plus..) and a decent cooler. Additionally I bought 2x 32GB Ram (Corsair Vengance etc.).
The Idea was, that I have a fitting CPU to my RTX 4080, however, it is much slower now. I installed the drivers for my GPU new, had a fresh windows 10, installed the AMD driver stuff and yet it only works at 2.3 GHz and is not working properly at all.
I got 1000W so that shouldnt be the issue, the heat is on constant 50°C so that shouldnt be an issue either. I got literally no idea what could be the cause of this. Is there something I could have forgotten?
