Hello . My name is Sandu and I bought a processor Ryzen 9 5900X  which does not work, freezes on the motherboard logo, freezes on loading Windows or sometimes in the BIOS. I am from Moldova but I bought it in another country, it has a guarantee, where can I take it in Moldova to return it under guarantees?

The processor is 100% not working, it was tested on different motherboards with different bios, about 7 motherboards.

IF you purchased a sealed Official AMD Retail Box processor you have a 3 year AMD Warranty that starts as soon as your Retailer/Vendor's Warranty expires.

NOTE: If you processor didn't come in a sealed official AMD RETAIL BOX than the AMD Warranty is voided.
