Ryzen master marks my PPT in red when playing and it is only in certain games, it is not in all, it also goes up when using edge.

In some games, such as Overwatch, Dead by Daylight, I don't have this problem. 

but in games like World War Z, God Of War yes, sometimes the processor remains at 5325 mhz in all its cores, sometimes it marked 100% processor usage, after a few seconds it returned to normal.

The PBO is automatic on the board.

I only use Ryzen master to see temperatures.

Is it normal for it to turn red or should I change something? I don't want my equipment to burn.

I use the processor from stock.

Specs PC. 

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700 (non X) I use the processor from stock.
MOBO: Asus TUF x670e Plus Wifi
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 chromax black with two fans
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 AMD Expo (EXPO I)
CASE: Corsair 7000D AirFlow (3 Noctua 120 fans putting in air, 2 upper 140 fans taking out air and the rear 140 taking out air (they were what came in the box)
graphics : Asus TUF RTX 4070
Font EVGA 850 Plus G super nova (era del PC antiguo)
M2: Kingston Fury Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M2
Os: 11 64 bits

AMD drivers installed.

K9999, thanks but unfortunately something has happened to the forum to make the images unreadable. From what I can see it looks like certain games use Multi-Threading which takes more power and causing PPT to exceed its limit. There are lots of image hosting sites, including free, one I just looked at is ImgBB. The PPT meter being RED only says that throttling of the processor is active. Yellow means approaching throttle. From what I see, all looks fine. Enjoy, John.

Sometimes it stays at 100%, but it depends on what you are doing low.

Thanks, K9999. Again I see no problems here. Every time I run Cinebench I get several red meters. By raising the limits using RM I can get rid of most of them:Cinebench

If everything is fine for me, there is no problem, it is a little annoying to see those red "limits". The PBO on the board is automatic, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, would it be from the bios to remove it? When I play GOW all the cores are maxed out and the red bar is almost always active. Is it good that all the cores are at that frequency? (5350 mhz) 

Doesn't it burn if it's always there?

K9999, I am not familiar with your board. I urge you to Clear CMOS, run Cinebench and compare your results with others. Please post a screenshot of RM using a hosting site. I use postimage. I recommend you quit running the strange utilities at least until we conclude our debugging. Please use RM when running anything. Thanks and enjoy, John.

The above is a reply that was saved and I forgot to send. I think AMD designed your processor to run at that seed day in and day out. Therefore I think it is fine as long as your temperature remains below the limit. I would not suggest raising the temperature limit. Thanks much and enjoy, John.
