Hello friends!
I have some problems with my Ryzen 7 5700X cpu since I upgraded RAM memory. The problem is that in Battlefield 2042 my cpu will not boost frequency up to 4650 Mhz like before. This happens only in BF 2042 and I saw this weird behavior since I upgraded my ram recently to 32 GB and 3600hz CL18 Corsair Dominator Platinum 4 x 8 Gb sticks. This problem never happened before when I was having only 16 gb dual channel ram 3200 Mhz 2 x 8 Gb dimms.
Now my cpu have a frequency drop to 2400-3600 Mhz while playing BF,rarely goes up to 4,6 GHz.
This problem is only for BF 2042,but in COD MW2 cpu boost to 4,65 and stays in 4,4-4,6 GHz like before.
I don't have any overclock, my Windows 10 is updated,I use balanced power plan,XMP for RAM works great,PBO is auto in bios,I do not have Ryzen Master installed,my temps are very good while gaming (45-58 C on the cpu) with an Corsair aio,so what's the problem?
Maybe memory controller in the 5700X cannot handle properly 4 sticks of ram in the heavy cpu dependant games like BF?
My system: 5700x,32 GB ram DDR 4 3600 Mhz (4x8gb) CL18 Corsair Dominator Platinum, ASRock B550 PG Velocita,RTX 3070,3 PCI express SSDs,Seasonic Focus+ 850 w PSU,Windows 10 X64 Pro.
Thanks for help!
