ryzen 7 5700g can't boot with 2 sticks of RAM

I was using ryzen 5 pro 3400g with asus rog strix x470-f and g skill f4-3200c14d-16GFX kit, everything was working fine. i updated 3400g to 5700g and ended with this problem, system boots only with 1 stick in 3rd slot. my bios is latest i tried boot with 1 stick and select docp profile, it didn't help reset bios cmos, doesn't help too. i tried another kit of ram i have hyperx hx432c18fr2k2 same problem but this ram even boots itself on 3200 without docp profile. i don't know what is wrong. any advice?

i already on latest bios, my main ram kit on 3rd gen qvl list, those vega gpu qvl realy outdated and looks like for 3400g and older, i just checked with friends ram kit which in apu gvl and have same problem... those 5000 ryzens should work with 2 ram stiks at least at 2133 or 2400 mine doesn't boot at all

I would open a Asus Support "CHAT" session and see if they have a newer QVL list for the 5000 Series APU processors.

If it boots with one stick of RAM but not two does seem to indicate incompatible RAM memory especially if it boots with 2 or more RAM sticks with the 3000 series APU processor.

Sound like the RAM isn't compatible with your new 5000 series APU Processor.

First make sure you have the latest Asus BIOS version installed (5861-08/26/2021) for stability and compatibility issues. You need BIOS  version 5809 or newer to support the new Ryzen 7 5700G processor: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x470-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_bios

Second check out the Out-dated QVL List for Ryzen Processors with Vega Processor for RAM MEMORY: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x470-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_qvl
