After installing the "win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.10.1-oct19" my boot times went from about 30sec to over 2 minutes. If i uninstall, via the AMD Cleanup Utility, boot times return to normal, so it's clearly this AMD driver that's at issue.
