I’ve tried heating up, twisting, sliding, freezing, razor blades, dental floss and nothing has worked so far. I need suggestions for my situation.

I've pulled a few Ryzen CPU's off of their respective motherboards trying to get the cooler off

Push down and twist IF the CPU is still in it's socket on your motherboard... it'll eventually "pop"

If the cooler and CPU are off the board and the CPU is stuck to the cooler, my suggestion is to use a flat head screw driver. Put the head of the screwdriver under a corner of the CPU and twist the screwdriver to pry up on the CPU. It should lift right off. (Unless some form of superglue was used)
