Problems with TPM.

Hi

I have a problem with my TPM (fTPM), when I activate it from bios, windows 11 does NOT boot giving me the error:

File: \windows\System32\Winload.efi
Error code: 0xc00000e9

I tried to do everything, now I can't even reinstall windows because if I start the installation from the USB with the TPM active it gives me a blue screen error. If instead I start it with the TPM deactivated obviously the installation of windows 11 does not start.

If instead I disable the TPM or the fTPM or both, windows 11 starts without giving me errors, how is this possible?

PC has:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
MOBO: Aorus b450-M

Have you tried clearing the TPM keys in the BIOS?

Yes I have already tried to do it, but unfortunately it has not solved anything.
