alguém me ajuda por favor

Boa noite, fiz um upgrade de processador, para o ryzen 5600x, porém ele não quer dar vídeo e também não liga nada, teclado, mouse, controle, etc..., o processador é novo e não aparenta ter defeito, pesquisei no yt pra ver como eu saberia se ele por acaso veio queimado, vi em um vídeo que se ele estiver esquentando, eu poderia descartar a possibilidade de estar queimado, também tentei várias e várias outras formas pra solucionar, porém não tive sucesso, verifiquei peça por peça do pc, limpei memória, placa de vídeo, e também resetei / atualizei minha BIOS 3x, mas não tenho sucesso

OBS: ( sei que é o processador, pois quando eu coloquei o antigo, ele ligou normalmente, porém com o novo não liga )

CONFIG:

Processador: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

Placa mãe: Asus A520m -e

Placa de vídeo: GeForce GTX 1650 

Memórias: 1x T-force 4b ram e 1x T-force 8gb ram

HD/SSD: 1tb HD Barracuda e 120gb SSD lexar

Fonte: Redragon RGPS 600W

Bom, os componentes mais importantes estão acima e como podem ver são todos compatíveis.

First You need Asus Motherboard BIOS version 1004 (09/09/2020) or newer for the Ryzen 5 5600X processor to boot up and be recognized.

Which BIOS Version do you have installed on your Motherboard?

If you have the proper BIOS installed then check if the RAM MEMORY you have is list for the Motherboard's QVL LIST for the 5000  series processors: https://www.asus.com/me-en/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-A520M-E/HelpDesk_QVL_Mem...

From your post you seemed to have mismatched RAM MEMORY installed. One is 4GB and the other is 8GB. Remove the 4GB RAM MEMORY and see if it boots up.

When you power up what Motherboard TROUBLE LED is lit up? 

One way to see if it is the processor, that is if you have the correct BIOS  version installed, is by disconnecting all the hardware from the motherboard except the CPU and PSU and Motherboard.

When you power up see if the Motherboard's CPU Trouble LED light goes on and then off and then the RAM Trouble LED Lights up.

What is happening is BIOS is checking your CPU to see if it passes or not. If it passes the CPU Trouble LED will turn off and since there is no RAM installed the RAM Trouble LED  will now light up. Install one RAM Stick and see if both the CPU and RAM Trouble LEDs goes out and the VGA Trouble LED lights up and so forth.

NOTE: You never mentioned the old CPU that works and what Windows OS version you have installed.

o outro processador meu é o Athlon 3000g, eu coloquei ele na placa mãe com as mesmas memórias e reconheceu as 2, fora que no site não mostra que é compatível pra linha 3000 também

Which BIOS version do you have installed?

Also remove the 4GB RAM Stick and see if it boots up unless you have the wrong BIOS installed.
