i am getting random restarts and boot loop while playing games, below listed error log in event manager.

The virtualization-based security enablement policy check at phase 0 failed with status: Virtual Secure Mode (VSM) is not initialized. The hypervisor or VSM may not be present or enabled.

Hypervisor launch failed; Either SVM not present or not enabled in BIOS.

Indianninja, what version of Windows are you running. Please enter in a Command prompt and enter winver and post the resulting screenshot.  Are you interested in running Hyper-V? Enjoy, John.

You have to go into the motherboard bios and enable Sam in the cpu over clocking settings. There you will find a setting to enable Secure Virtual Machine for the CPU.
