Hey guys I've noticed my EDC runs pretty high while the temp is pretty low and cpu power is also low, I have a 3700x. My base speed is running at 4.2 GHz which I think is wrong as well, I'm not really a tech guy just need some help thanks. I also know it has something to do with the voltage.
