So I just build this PC the other day and things seem to be running okay the only thing is I checked the AMD Ryzen Master and it is saying my EDC is fluctuating between around 70% to 98% and this is basically under no load (just a few internet forum windows open).
I saw some suggestions to change my computers power settings to the "AMD balanced" setting but I don't see that option in my power settings.
I'm new to PC building so I'm not even sure how everything works or what it all means but I'm concerned about the health of PC and any tips on how to fix this would be amazing.
