CPU change and black screen

I have a gigabyte B450M DS3H board, I have changed the processor, a Ryzen 5 3600, now I have installed a Ryzen 7 5800x, the problem is that after assembling everything, when I turn on the screen it goes black, it does not even show the symbol gigabyte.

Did you flash and update your bios prior to upgrading your cpu?
