Hello i recently have been sendng forth emails for about 3 days in which i was meant to recieve a bootkit with a ryzen 1200x but they have not been responding to my texts for 6 days now after i sent them a clear image of my cpu.My case number is

Have you checked your Online Email Spam Folder or in your Email program to see if AMD sent you any emails?
Otherwise a Moderator might be able to check the status of your Boot kit.
