Amd ryzen issues

Guys I am using AMD ryzen 5 1600 Six Core , Every time I try to change settings from RYZEN MASTER , my settings are not applied.

For example I change to "Game Mode" and after the restart i still have the previous settings.
I ve tried re-installing the RYZEN MASTER but still the same.

Any ideas why the programm does not aply my changes?
Please help me

'Game Mode' is for processors with dual CCD (12 plus core models).
