AMD Ryzen 5 3600 PBO

AMD CPU's usually have the PBO feature where it automatically overclocks your CPU as high as possible without overheating, i've heard many people say its bad long term to keep a CPU on the absolute limit (95° because thats what PBO does automatically) and others say the chip is designed to withstand such temperatures and it is its operating temp. range

What is true now because I don't want to kill my CPU with PBO just being enabled
