After upgrading from r5 3600 to R9 5900x i get bluescreens

Hi 

I own a:

Mainboard :   Asrock b450 Steel legend

CPU:                upgrade from R5 3600 to R9 5900x

RAM:               G.SKILL Trident z RGB (2 x 16GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4-RAM, DIMM) (the old one have MemTest86 errors, new one dont have any MemTest86 error)

PSU:                Be Quiet, power 10, 750 watt

Speicher:       M.2 970 Evo 1TB and/or 512gb ssd

 

i change the cpu to the R9 5900x and new install windows, installd chipsets, install drives,  but i get bluescreens so it recommend MemTest86 what i do and found out, the ram i use befor, had test 8 failer ,many times, so i get new rams, the G.Skill Trident listen abouve and i got 0 errors, but no changes in behavior even if new and clean install it get bluescreens after few min on start

MemTest86 no errors(with new ram) (old one have errors on test

I get bluescreen as soon i i enter login or after i start minecraft or other games, some time it even freez by starting a yt video and it got bluescreeh WHAE or so.

 

I start with only m.2 and clean install windows - Dont work

I start only with ssd and clean install windows - Dont Work

BiOS is updated

Memtest86 no Error since new ram

pls rly need help ! THX

What CPU cooler do you have and what are temperatures at idle and under load?

idle 45-50C on load i dont know, it bluescreend befor i can run any test, 

only thing i noticed is a  Kernel-power Nr 41 critical error

 

i use the stock r5 cooler because the r9 dont come with one
