Just installed a brand new 5800x3D on my ASRock B450M Pro4. Have 16gb of Corsair 3200mhz ram, 3060 ti. The computer will boot up. Boots into Windows, no problems. Any time I try and launch a game, it crashes. Like clockwork. Completely shuts the PC off. Turn it back on, boots to Windows normally.
Any ideas what the heck is going on? Willing to try whatever. CPU is past the return date, so I'm stuck with it. If I swap back to my Ryzen 5 2600, it runs perfectly fine.
