1 core runs hot

i have just put together an new build today ryzen 5 3600x with x570 aorus elite wifi motherboard 16 gb dd4 corsair vengeance lxp ram. installed all drivers and updates for fresh windows install even updated motherboard ver f11.

the problem i am having is 1 core runs a great deal hotter then the rest at idle 4 cores sit from 27 to 29 degrees without fluctuating 1 core stays at 40 and 1 core fluctuates between 39 to 49. when i run cinebench or anything really only that 1 core goes up past to 79. not sure whats going on here

Those are not CPU core temperature readings, because you don't get individual core temperature readings from Ryzen 3000 series processors, you get a CPU package and CPU diode temperature from the CPU and a CPU socket temperature from the motherboard.
