1.When I set FLCK to 1933 or up to 2066,How to solve the "WHEA Logger Event ID 19" problem?
2.When I set FLCK to 1900,How to solve the "BIOS can't Run ,picture always is black ,main board's ram led show light " problem?
However, FLCK to 1933 or up to 2066,Bios can Running ,and This value can enter the win 10 system normally ,but it will show "WHEA Logger Event ID 19"!
(traditional chinese)
CPU-A
你有沒有發現一個現象;
CPU-B可以FCLK 設定 1900Mhz時,能正常開機,並且進入系統正常運作,然後也沒有whea logger 19錯誤;
可是CPU-A卻在FCLK 設定 1900Mhz時,在BIOS自檢那邊會卡住過不去,
然後CPU-A卻可以設定 2000Mhz去正常開機,只是事件檢視器會持續丟出whea logger 19錯誤!
THANKS!!
You know fclk 1900 equals ram at 3800mhz, you can't just slap any number in and expect a ram OC to work on its current timings.
Find an 'overclockers' forum and ask for help with setting up a ram OC.
RAM: Crucial Ballistix C16-Edie 3600 MHz, 32GB (16GB x2)
it can up to 4000MHz...Perfect ..no error
If you get errors at 1900+ FCLK (3800DDR), why not tighten the timings instead of going for frequencies?
Try setting your RAM to 3600@16-16-16-36-56 and if it runs fine tighten secondary and tertiary timings.
I'd recommend starting at 16-16-19-16-36-58 for cl-rcdwr-rcdrd-rp-ras-rc, test it extensively through TestMem 5 @anta777 extreme preset, Prime95 Large FFT and LinX 0.7.0 task size 50+% of your RAM. Micron E-die do not scale well with voltage, so do not exceed 1.4V, best stay at around 1.37-1.38 range.
If all is good and works fine, try 6-6-24 rrds-rrdl-faw; 4-12-24 wtrs-wtrl-wr, 4-4 for SCLs; tRFC of 576; 4-8-12 wrrd-rdwr-rtp; wrsd, wrdd of 7; rdsd, rddd of 5; wrsc, rdsc of 1; cke 1. CAD_BUSes 24-24-24-24. ProcODT 48. PoweDown, GearDown "Disabled", CR 1T. vSOC 1.1; VDDG CCD/IOD, cLDO VDDP maximum 1.05, rec. around 1.0V.
If all tests passed, try 16-16-16-16-36-56 primary and 560 tRFC.
Alternatively, try these (NOT my config) :
Honestly, you get a negligible performance increase from going above 3600. I'm scoring a Crucial 3200DDR kit and even though it can do 3600CL16, (WHEAs at 3667 though), I opt to do 3200CL14. It's a less than 2% performance difference.
The problem is not caused by Ram,It is caused by the CPU all the time!
After changing to My other CPU, there will be no such errors ex: "BIOS can't Run ,picture always is black ,main board's ram led show light " problem (fclk=1900) or " it will show "WHEA Logger Event ID 19 in windows10" problem (fclk=1933~2066)
On the same platform,These problems disappeared, just replaced another CPU!
I bought two new 5600x cpu
It's just that the cycle is different, and the place of production is also different, but they are all in May this year.
Don't say it's related to RAM anymore!

Nobody gives what you THINK, anything above 1600FCLK/3200RAM is OVERCLOCK and OUT OF SPEC. It doesn't have to be stable or error-free.
AMD does not guarantee any overclocking. You have 2 CPU's, one of them is better than the other. This is not unusual at all. So what is the problem?
