If that is unknown, what is the thermal conductivity in W/mK (for sake of comparison)?
AMD doesn't release those details.
it's a very difficult process to ascertain the thermal conductivity but I estimate it to beat last 2.5 W/mK
It is not a silicone based product but instead analysis suggests a nonconductive material
