Hi, I've got an issue with my procressor RMA being closed.
I received my first email confirming My RMA with a return number and address ok fair enough I popped it in the post with the RMA attached to the address provided in the email.
So this is where it starts to go wrong yesterday I received an email saying since I had not responded to the second email and my RMA ticked is now closed. As it happened there was a second email with instructions and postage postage provided via DHL, this email only arrived with the 3rd email saying my RMA was closed.
I looked on amd's support site for a way to proceed as the CPU is already posted racorded delivery and there doesnt seem to be a clear path foward.
