Warranty Request for Ryzen 5 3400G

I realized this when cleaning the components.
I contacted AMD last week. They didn't even bother to respond and the equipment is still under factory warranty.

I am not responsible for errors on third-party email servers. I apologize for opening this complaint here. I will no longer complain or ask AMD for help. I will go through the legal channels to request my warranty. Thanks!

Did you install it to see if it boots up or not?

Looks like a bad soldering job at the factory between the Processor's lid and body.

Did your Processor come in a official sealed AMD Retail box or was it part of a complete PC that you purchased?

If the processor was part of a complete PC that you purchased then the OEM Manufacturer of the PC is responsible for replacing your processor under its Warranty.

AMD Warranty doesn't go into effect until the Retailer/Vendor Warranty expires or Return dates elapses.

If that is a OEM Ryzen 5 3400G then it has no AMD Warranty on it. The Retailer is the one that warrants the processor.

But if you purchased the Ryzen separately in a official sealed AMD Retail box then you have a 3 year AMD Warranty after the Retailer/vendor's warranty expires.

I have reviewed your RMA request. 

You opened your RMA request on Friday, November 26. 

You received a response requesting more information on Sunday, November 28.

You responded to the request, today, November 30.

I am confused how your statement "They didn't even bother to respond and the equipment is still under factory warranty" applies to this situation. 

 

I sent the information on the requested day. However, there was no satisfactory service. Not proposed to solve the problem. In fact, there is a huge difficulty in contacting AMD.
