Got a r5 5600x which worked flawlessly on w10 . 2 weeks ago i upgraded on w11 and ive been experiencing mouse stutters followed by sound stutters ( for only 2 sec max and then everything is normal again ). ive updated all drivers and did everything i could think of but the stutters still remain. CPU usage hardly ever passes 10% , same goes for GPU . Ram about 40% ( 16gb ) .Other than clean installing w11 again , any solution? The problem seems CPU related

Try turning off game mode in Windows:

Hi,, I've a problem with my procesor too!  In the past AMD was relaible, today I see mess, I used to use  AMD processor since Barton, Athlon, FX 6300. They have not coped with 7 nano meeter technology. Maybe is too early for that. That all maybe time for change, Intel is at stake?

o did turn it off , yet i still had stutters about an hour later. I found out that people have been experiencing the exact same issue thinking its the TPM involved from the bios settings youre required to change to upgrade into W11 .
