Upgraded CPU, mobo, and Ram but now computer is slower

Hi,
I recently upgraded some hardware on my computer and now it's running way slower in all aspects. Everything from booting, opening Discord, changing the song on Spotify, and of course playing a game.
Upgrades:
Ryzen 5 3600 --> Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Asus B450M --> MSI B650 AM5 DDR5
Corsair (2x) 8gb --> (2x) 16GB 6000 MHz
Stock Ryzen CPU cooler --> Be Quiet! Pure Loop 2
Things I've tried:
  • Reseated RAM in various ways
  • Upgraded from stock to higher end AIO cooler
  • Reset my Windows
  • Updated Bios and Chipset
  • Installed temp monitor - temps are fine now as I was told overheating was the issue but it's not
  • Completely wiped computer and reinstalled everything

Bludded, did you install a fresh copy of Windows? If not, please do. Please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) running Cinebench R24. Thanks, John.

I reset my computer but it didn’t ask for my windows key so I’m guessing I would need to completely reinstall? I’ve looked it up but seeing the key is linked to the mobo and I gotta figure out how to wipe it to enter the Microsoft key again without it preloading.

Bludded, assuming you have a valid copy of Windows with a  key, you will not be asked for a key. If asked click I don't have one. Activation is done by MS in the cloud. I recommend you format your C: disk before you install. This, of course, requires saving any data you want to carry across. It also gets rid of old Windows completely. A Clear CMOS is also recommended. Thanks and enjoy, John.
