Before you do any udervolting, you should give this a read first. As for undervolting, you should probably wait a few weeks before trying it as AMD is about to release a new Agesa Bios in Sep.10 and Gigabyte should have that bios ready for download a week or two after. That new bios addresses the max boost issue that all Ryzen 3000 CPUs have and we dont know yet how that new bios behaves with an undervolt so you should wait for others to test it first before you try it.
