Depends. If you bought the CPU during the AMD Promotional period from a valid participating Retailer and you received a Game Code from the Retailer then yes.
If you bought the CPU before or after the AMD Promotional period, then No.
I you are still in the return period for when you bought yours. They might let you return and re-buy with your receipt. You should call and find out.

I don't know who you bought it from. If you bought it from say Best Buy or Micro Center or Walmart. Call and see if you can do that.
