Lets suposse a computer with processor 5600g installed, what happen integrated graphics from 5600g when any graphic card is also installed in motherboard? Processor GPU stay inactive or continue enable for others activies ?

It will remain enabled but Windows will prefer using the discrete card for high performance applications.

You can even force which one to use.

Or if you don't have any need for it, you may try looking inside BIOS if it can be disabled.
