So I am posting this only because the system with which I am interacting doesn't leave me very informed. I submitted a ticket for a bootkit (related to 2200g) yesterday morning and got the automated messages back. I got a ticket number, which is #8200797431 from what I have been researching on the forums it seems this may be processed and shipped out but I have no updates so its hard to tell what exactly is happening. If its approved if more info is needed etc etc. If someone could check this for me and just let me know if I have done all I need to do or if I need to do more I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
