Sent in a Ryzen processor for warranty because my games were crashing. Got an email that it passed inspection and that they would be sending me a new one. Then, I got an email that they received it as part of a cross shipment (it wasn't) and that the transaction was completed and thanked me for my business.
Soooo am I without a CPU? The warranty support chat is awful and it takes them forever to get back to me. I've been out a computer for 2 weeks trying to get this resolved.
