It happened while playing Eve Online (it is the only game I play) and using Firefox in a second screen.
Both screens get frozen but the computer keeps running, I once was in a zoom meeting and kept talking and hearing but I frames didn't update.
It happens randomly. Once, it happened twice in 15 minutes but it took 8 days to repeat itself.
I have checked the memory. The SSD and reinstalled Windows after Microsoft support made me check everything I could.
I have contacted Asus support, Nvidia Support and now I am here.
I have seen there is an issue with the BIOS regarding stuttering that I also have (https://www.amd.com/es/support/kb/faq/pa-410)
So I wish my issue also resolves with the update early May, however I cannot just wait for an update that may or may not solve my issue.
I need tools to diagnose this.
