Hi I recently got a ryzen 5 2600x, I was doing some research online and apparently if the cpu voltage stays above 1.4 Volts, it shortens the life of the CPU considerably. I always get above 1.4 Volts, in idle. Are there any settings I should change to lower the voltages and temps?

Ryzen 5 2600x Stock with stock cooler
MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX (updated to latest Bios)
Gigabyte rx590 8gb
16gb Corsair ram 3200mhz (A-XMP 2)
Gigabyte b700h psu
Chipset Driver: 2.05.04.352 downloaded from MSI website
