I have a Ryzen 5 2600 Cpu on a MSI B450 Tomahawk Mobo using the stock cooler with 5 case fans, 3 exhausting and 2 giving. My CPU is throttling from 1200mhz to 3400mhz while idle and in use while playing games. I was wondering if this is normal behavior for a Ryzen or if there is something I need to change in my bios or a support driver I have not yet downloaded that is supposed to fix this problem.
