Ryzen Master Unable to Initialize on the 7950x

The program just doesn't seem to want to start. I've tried clearing CMOS, fresh windows 10 install, tried it first without hyper-v and then with hyper-v enabled in windows features, but I'm getting the same result the software just keeps saying unable to initialize, hence aborting.

Ryzen 7950X

ASUS TUF B650-Plus

RTX 3090

I have the same issue on 7950x, Gigabyte x670E Aorus Master motherboard and fresh windows 11 pro

 

I tried many "fixes" and nothing works
