Don't know if it works for laptop processors, or if the laptop manufacturer has it locked out ?
Any AMD software that can be used to modify the CPU's parameters are incompatible in Laptops.
Ryzen Master is not compatible to run in laptops or mobile CPUs which is why you get that error message.
You will need to download a 3rd party Monitoring software to either monitor or modify the Laptop CPU.
