Ryzen Master not opening

Hello, i've installed Ryzen Master for me check the temperatures, but its not opening, when i click to open just appear the box "ryzen master not responding".

Anyone can help me?

Ryzen 2700x and motherboard b350-plus

thrall, there have been many problems with Ryzen (RM) Master lately.  Please click your RM installer, select Properties then Details tab and if the version is not 1.5.2.869, then please download the latest version from the AMD Ryzen Master site and try it.  Please let us know how it goes and what language your Windows is.  Enjoy, John.

Yes the version is latest one (1.5.2.869) but still the problem.

thrall, please open an AMD Online Support Request and tell them what language your Windows is installed in and provide them a screenshot of the error.  Enjoy, John.
