Hello,

I recently swapped an Ryzen 7 3700X to a Ryzen 9 5950X. When I'm launching Ryzen Master, none value is displayed :

Ryzen Master version : 2.6.1.1797

I wonder if some of you have experienced this issue ? I have red a previous thread : https://community.amd.com/t5/processors/ryzen-master-not-reporting-ppt-tdc-edc-ptc/m-p/316375?search...

There were no answer after a while. What else can I do ?

I recently built a new computer and have the same thing occurring on mine. Ryzen 7800x3D. I’ve been scouring the internet for answers but have yet to find any

Like @misterj said. It is a known issue. The feature only works from time to time. Report the issue please.

I might try this myself. I miss my CPU metrics.

I prefer HWinfo, all sensors in one interface and it never fails me, unfortunately not the same case using Ryzen Master
