Cause i read - Ryzen 9 is PCIe 4.0 but B450M-A PCIe 3.0

This can make the system unbalanced?

This is the VRM for B450M-A. I'd try it with something different that has a good VRM if I were you. VRM may be more important than PCI.

There are some very good B450 and B550 boards with good VRMs...  it does not have to be a X570...  there are even some very bad X570 VRMs...
