Hello, I made a new configuration with: Asus ROG Crosshair hero VIII Ryzen 9 3900x RTX 2080 Ti RAM 16GB 4000Mhz Cooling Watercooling graphics card and processor. Two 360 radiators. The problem is the temperature the rate of use is less than 10% and yet I go up to 65-70 °. Where can it come from?
