A bit of a weird issue with my brand new PC build.
In CPU-Z the CPU is running at 546MHZ, Core Voltage only at .6V
Running MSI B550a-pro motherboard - MOBO does run the CP at 3800 but core voltage at .6v
Temp never gets above 33C
I changed some voltage settings and now running core voltage at 1.35. The temp does get up to about 38C with the slightly higher voltages, but CPU still runs at 546MHZ and of course benchmarks are terrible.
I have a new Motherboard on order to see if that will fix the problem. I am thinking it's either the motherboard or CPU (possibly the PSU, which I'm considering purchasing another one to test)
Any thoughts, troubleshooting that someone can recommend.
