Good afternoon. Please tell me, I have assembled a new PC configuration:
AMD Ryzen 7900X3D
Lian Li Hydroshift 360R liquid cooling system
Gigabyte Aorus X870E Elite WIFI 7
Kingston FURY KF560C32RSAK2-32 two sets.
SSD 2Tb A DATA XPG BladeS 70 (AGAMMIXS70B-2 TCS)
NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super 16Gb graphics card.
Faced with such a problem, any program that reads the temperature of devices shows the temperature of the IGPU (integrated graphics chip) of the processor from 2 to 10 degrees Celsius. Also, the CPU IOD temperature does not exceed 15 degrees and the average IOD is a maximum of 10 degrees. Is this normal for a 7900X3D processor?
Temperature of other indicators:
idling 48-52 degrees
in games 65-71 degrees
in stress tests 75-77 degrees.
Sorry for my English.
Ivaxa, I recommend you uninstall all those temperature readers and install Ryzen Master (RM) . John.
I haven't figured out this program yet, but I'm going to do it. It's just confusing that even in adrenaline it shows the temperature of the built-in IGPU at only 4 degrees. I encounter this at first and try to avoid problems with the processor in the future.
Ivaxa, get your AMD drivers here and RM from the link I provides above. Never get AMD drivers from your MB vendor. Again UNINSTALL the third party applications. John.
Greetings, this did not solve the problem. The temperature in Adrenaline software is still 6 degrees. Is it possible that my CPU is broken?
Hi,
Question, are you using the iGPU?
Do you face any instability, crashes, random reboots?
If NO to both questions i don't see this as a pressing problem, there is one but not that relevant.
You can:
Either disable iGPU if you don't use it and/or use DDU to clean up all remnants of previous drivers since your problems, as i see, happens inside Adrenalin.
It would also be amazing if you share some pictures.
Good Luck
Hi. It does not correctly indicate the temperature not only in the Adrenaline program. But also in the Windows Task Manager. Also in HWiNFO. I tried to add screenshots, but I didn't figure out how to do it here. I formatted the disk and reinstalled Windows. The problem with the temperature remained. I think this is not a software problem. Either the motherboard does not correctly read sensors from the processor, or if the board is not involved in reading processor temperatures, the problem is with the sensors themselves in the processor.
Sorry if I didn't add the photos correctly.
Ivaxa, uninstall HWin,,, and any other third party applications and post screenshots of Ryzen Master (RM) and Adrenaline. What is your ambient temperature? Post the link you used to DL Adrenaline and RM. Thanks, John.

The temperature in the room is 26 degrees Celsius.
Hi, I'm still wondering why the temperature of the embedded GPU is 6-10 degrees Celsius, and I'm also an IOD. Is this a processor malfunction or is it a motherboard? And it's not about HWINFO or third-party programs.
Ivaxa, in the upper right corner is a funny looking icon of a bug. This is to report bugs. Please click it and fill out the bug report. John.
