I noticed that at some point (I didn't change anything in bios) my cpu stopped boosting, even under 100% load it capped at 3.725 ghz at all times. (multiplier also locks at 37.25)
Voltage doesn't go above 0.83, I tried setting it to 1.150 manually in bios but it's still locked to 0.83.
Temperatures are less than 50C on full load (predictably)
I updated mothrboard's (MSI pro B650M-P) bios to the latest stable version.
I tried PBO (advanced), I returned to the default bios settings - each time the result is the same - 0.83V, 37.25 ratio, 3.725ghz.
